Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Delays & Issues
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or weather conditions).
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, NoteLab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
