All products are decanted from original bottles into smaller sample sizes.

NoteLab is an independent decanting service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brands. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
In the event of an order cancellation, you will be notified and refunded if payment has already been processed.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within the stated timeframe on our website.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by carriers
Lost or stolen packages (especially untracked shipments)
Customs delays or additional fees for international orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of decanted fragrances, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
